In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777xz" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating under the domain 777xz.ws, including all sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual on the 777xz platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds (where applicable) credited to a Player Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 777xz pursuant to specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements and conditions stipulated at the time of the offer.

To register and maintain a valid Player Account on 777xz, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have not previously been excluded from the 777xz platform or had a Player Account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 777xz or any of its affiliated entities, and you are not a close family member of any such person.

777xz reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application or to close any Player Account where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria have not been or can no longer be satisfied.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Player Account on 777xz at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

During the registration process and at any subsequent point at 777xz's discretion, you may be required to submit the following KYC documentation:

• A valid, government-issued photographic identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used to fund the Player Account (such as a screenshot of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).
• Evidence of source of funds where deposits exceed thresholds set internally by 777xz.

You warrant that all information provided to 777xz during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

777xz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 777xz's discretion without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 777xz platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 777xz and displayed within the cashier section of the platform. These limits are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same Player Account, unless otherwise approved by 777xz's payments team following successful KYC verification.

By participating in any Game on 777xz, you agree to the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not subject to manipulation by 777xz or any of its staff.

The 777xz Sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is), UFC, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 777xz platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement. Market rules govern settlement, void conditions, and the treatment of abandoned or postponed events.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time you confirm placement — not the odds shown at the time you began the bet selection process.

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to events on which bets have been placed constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xz platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or using a Player Account if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple Player Accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund a Player Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crime through the 777xz platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, sharing cards or game information in real time, or otherwise conspiring to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make game decisions in place of genuine human play.
• Abusing bonus offers through arbitrage, matched betting across platforms, or any structured approach designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional funds.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the 777xz platform through your payment provider without first raising the matter with 777xz support.
• Any conduct intended to harass, threaten, or abuse 777xz staff or other players.

777xz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by 777xz.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in connection with the Player Account.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to 777xz.

Players may voluntarily close their Player Account at any time by contacting 777xz support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeit bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Self-exclusion requests — where a Player wishes to be excluded from the platform for responsible gaming reasons — are handled separately and are described in Section 10 below. Self-exclusion closures are treated with heightened priority and are not subject to the standard closure timelines.

777xz provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible through the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xz shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any loss arising from gambling outcomes, including losses resulting from games or sporting events not going in the Player's favour.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss arising from technical failures, platform outages, connectivity interruptions, or third-party service failures outside 777xz's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information or advice provided by 777xz support that does not constitute a specific contractual representation.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 777xz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the 777xz platform — including but not limited to the 777xz brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to 777xz. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to any Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777xz content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 777xz platform on any third-party website.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 777xz software.
• Use any 777xz trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation.

777xz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 777xz Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777xz uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• To verify your identity and age for KYC compliance purposes.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits on your Player Account.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
